Don't know what SandLand's problem is. Save for sausage I myself never eat the innards of meat. No heart, lungs, liver, things like that, but I wouldn't flip my shit over someone else doing that even if hypothetically I was not a meat eater. If you want people to respect that you ate a vegan, then you need to respect the fact that not everyone is like you nor should they conform to your diet choice to impress you.
